Are the Mi Bliss products gender or age specific?

No! Mi Bliss products are not gender specific. You can use these products irrespective of your age (though we recommend using above 15 years) and gender. However, it is very important that you do a small patch test before you start using the products on your body.

How frequently can I use the product?

For the best results, it is advisable to use the products daily. Make it a part of your daily routine to use it for a faster and better results. When you apply the product at night, the goodness of the ingredients penetrates deep within our pores, enhancing the rejuvenating process while your body rests.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account from our website. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your ongoing or previous orders.

How can I track my order?
  • You can track the progress of your existing or past orders by visiting the “My Orders” section of your account.
  • You will be able to track your order from our website or via a tracking link sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.
  • If your order has been shipped and you still cannot track it, we would request you to wait for 12 hours before trying again.
  • In rare cases, it might take the courier partner longer to generate a tracking link. 
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once placed?

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the website through the following mechanisms:


(i) Your account section on the website; or
(ii) Chat service enabled on the website.

If an order is not cancelled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

What form of payment do you accept?

We offer multiple and secure ways to pay for your order which include:

  •  Credit and Debit Card
  •  Cash on Delivery

Please check the mode of payment in your respective country, at the check-out page.

Do you allow refunds?

Yes. Refunds are allowed on all returned orders once they pass the quality assessment.

What is your exchange or refund policy?

We want to make every part of your MiBliss experience special. Our replacement policy goes as follows:

  1. If the delivered goods are damaged due to transit, you can share their photographs with us at admin@mi-bliss.com , and we’ll initiate a return or exchange. However, damages caused to the goods due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  2. If you ordered the wrong product and want to replace it, we will initiate the exchange only if the goods are unopened. 
  3. Each item can only be exchanged once.
  4. No cash refunds are permitted.
  5. We take one to three weeks (from the day of your request) for the exchange or return to be processed.
  6. Once the order is picked up, all refunds, if any, will be credited to your account in 7-10 working days.

You will be contacted once your replacement is complete. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on goods that were on sale. If you have any product questions or complaints, please email us at admin@mi-bliss.com

There was a mistake in my order, what do I do?

We apologise for any mistake that occurred in your order. To address the issue, please email our customer support team at admin@mi-bliss.com  with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make things right for you as soon as possible.
